Senior Management

The senior management is the executive body of the Bank reporting to the Board of Directors. There is strict division of duties and separation of power between the Bank's senior management and the Board of Directors. As authorized by the Board of Directors, the senior management manages and makes decisions on business operation within its mandate. The Board of Directors evaluates the performance of the senior management, the results of which shall be used as the basis for determining remunerations and other incentive arrangements for the senior management. The senior management should truthfully report to the Board of Directors or the Board of Supervisors on a regular basis or as required by the Board of Directors or the Board of Supervisors, information regarding the Bank's business performance, important contracts, financial positions, risk profiles, business prospect and significant events.
